There is no cut and dry way to answer this about custom homes. We start with your budget and create a plan from there.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
We start at an average of 8 months - Depending on site conditions, weather, complexity, location and several other factors which will be covered in your initial consultation.
Can Shaw Co. build on land I already own?
Yes this is the preferred situation
Do you help with custom home design and plans?
If an architect or Designer is not already contracted, we can take you through the architectural process in house and draw up your plans. You can also choose from a great selection of premade plans that many families are currently enjoying.
Where does Shaw Co. Home Builders build?
We focus primarily on the northern and western outskirts of San Antonio, TX.
What happens before construction begins?
You will have clarity of all phases. Our homes are assigned a supervisor and overseen by Shaw. Depending on where you are in the process, if there is a contracted architect/designer, we will agree on where Shaw needs to come in and take the project to completion.
